12 STEP ANONYMOUS MEETINGS
he 12 Steps, originated by Alcoholics Anonymous, is the spiritual foundation for personal recovery from the effects of alcoholism, not only for the alcoholic, but also for their friends and family in Al-Anon Family Groups.
Since the beginnings of Alcoholics Anonymous in 1935, hundreds of 12 Step anonymous programs have been developed to help people recover from a wide variety of addictions and destructive behaviors.
For thousands of people in recovery, the 12 Steps are not just a way to stay abstinent from destructive behavior, but they are are a spiritual toolbox for living happy healthy lives.
