DESCRIPTION:Drum circle musical experience is a part of a comprehensive approach to wellbeing\, using body movement through rhythm to change one’s current emotional state. This immediately changes one’s physiology by producing endorphins\, the body’s all-natural pain and stress reducers. Drumming is just one way to incorporate movement into a natural wellness routine. \nCommunities for Recovery will host Kim Comer’s Healing Drum Circle on Saturday\, June 1st from 2-3pm.\nFree.
